Fronius online support with Solar.SOS

 

Fronius Solar.SOS is our technical trouble shooting tool for solar installers in the US. The service process can be initiated online using an app or the desktop version at the installation location itself – just by using the serial number of the inverter or a state code.

In the space of a few clicks, Solar.SOS supports you with troubleshooting, and if you are a Fronius Solutions Partner, you can order replacement parts. The big advantage is that with Solar.SOS you can resolve technical problems yourself as and when they arise.

Solar.SOS provides a clear overview of all service callouts so that relevant information is available to you at a glance. User-defined settings can be specified for customized views. We will also keep you informed of important updates in the Notification Center. We will update you on the status of your orders, new messages from the support team or Solar.SOS updates via the notification option.

 

Using Fronius online support

Solar.SOS can be used on your PC or on a tablet or smartphone. The app is free and can be downloaded directly from the AppStore for iOS or the Play Store for Android.

When you open Solar.SOS on your device for the first time, you can register using your existing Fronius USA installer account. If you don't have one, please request it here.
